Corvettes at Sebring
Just finished watching the coverage on americanlemanseries.com (as I'm outside the US the live stream worked for me) and the 2 C6.R's finished 3rd and 4th with the BMW's taking the first 2 spots. Quite an eventful race for the full 12 Hours!

I only got to watch an hour of the race, so I don't know the full story, but its good to see the Corvettes 3rd and 4th. Good way to start the season. A lot of cars in the grid and a lot of drop outs. 12 hours on the car on a tough course is a good shake out. Hope to see many more podium finishes and a few wins during this season.

Our guys did a great job! I just hope they can find a little more speed as the season progresses. Those BMWs are wicked fast!

I actually think the 4 corvette would have been a top two if it wasn't hit early in the race. It fell a few laps back while they fixed the car.
It had to play catch up the whole time. Before the hit it was running very strong.

GT2 is great. Which may mean lean times continue for the Corvettes but the wins they get are going to be sweet. M3s have their act together. 458s were impressive given that they were delivered last week.
The hit by Pat Long sucked but it was a risky spot to pass. Seemed like most of the class winners avoided really close racing (prob an incorrect generalization) - the Peugots, Audis, Ferraris, 004, all out. The Peugots were even racing each other at one point relatively early on, painful to watch but they said they weren't interested in winning so perhaps a good strategy to race whenever they could and see what broke.
