Default Stock Shock Part #s or codes

I noticed on a set of shocks that I have that there is a three letter code plus a part number. Is there a list somewhere that tells either the part number of the letter code and what years they came on? I found out years ago that there was a letter code on C4 springs. I have checked the part numbers on my shocks but they come up as 97-04 and I think they are C5 Z06.

Z06 is mainly what I am looking for.

Those are the same P/N and three digit code on my '03 Z06 shocks. Also 9944 and 9945 are the same P/Ns that I have on my '04 Z06 shocks.

I believe that the '02s and '03s are the same?

I bought my 04 shocks from Gene Culley in 2007.

I *think* that I got mine from Fichtner back in early '04.
