Default T1 End Link Spacers

Anyone have the dimensions of the spacers for the bolts on these end links? I found all the threads with the parts numbers to make your own end links (Midwest Controls, etc), but those threads only had info on the spherical bearings. McMaster has 3/8" and 1/2" spacers (for 1/2" bolts) that I was planning on using, but I'd like to know which ones I need before I order the wrong size. TIA

Maybe you can proportion it from this picture of my end links.

Another idea: There are washers specifically made for rod ends. Look at McMaster-Carr 95034A500. It has 1/2" bore, but other sizes are available.

I just pulled wheels for part numbers on shocks for another guy.

My T1 spacers are 5/8" outside diameter x 1/2" (+clearance inside)

spacers are .480" and .284" long

bolt is 1/2" SAE grade 8 with nylon insert hex locknut

The McMaster Carr spacers that I saw were .77 inches OD. That's too big to be used for these kind of spacers. You need something closer to .625 OD. I don't recall the lengths, but the big ones were probably 1/2 inch and the smaller ones were closer to .300 inches.

If you use spacers that are too big in diameter you won't get full angle out of the end links and they will bind and make noise.
