Default OCRC autocross event. 4/2/2011

Very few workers and no chalk outline around the cones made for interesting laps. You never had the same track twice. The track was a lot of fun with many fast sections. Next time that club puts one on, it will be much better.

WOW! What an awesome horsepower course! What I would give to have a site like that around my area.

Did you DNF? The slalom section you went the wrong way, was the first pointer cone jacked up so they didn't count it? It's a little tough to see the entry but the cone looks knocked over. none the less good driving.

EDIT: Just read the youtube description, workers fault. good run.

The slalom was the other way all day. Most of the time the slalom was all over the place. They didn't have enough workers. The workers sat in trucks around the track. You can see them in my video. This was just a goof around day.

I had a headache and ended my day early. How was lunch and how many runs did you get in that day?

Try the lapping day road course put on by OCRC. I've been doing it since it started and is always a ton of fun.

Instruction is included with lapping days for those that want it. Most of the instructors are active or have been in high levels of competitive racing. They quickly had me unlearn the stupid things I learned from amateur racers.
