Default Dell Haverland takes V8 StockCar, LG Motorsports V8 GT-2 wins at PBIR

Dell Haverland picked up his first two V8 StockCar Series wins on April 2& 3 at Palm Beach International, taking the top spot on both Saturday and Sunday. Haverland was driving his beautiful SportsTurf One C6 STO type Corvette. Sunday Dell had a particularly fine battle with Bill McGavic and his fast tube frame Rx7. The two battled for the last half of the race with McGavic never more than a car length back and often up along side. Haverland however would not wilt under the constant pressure, holding off the tough SCCA National race winning competitor from Arcadia, Florida. McGavic had bested Haverland at Sebring in February, but on his home track, Haverland just was too tough.
