1989 Track Car For sale $4250
I've finally decided its time to sell my car I Just have not had time to work on. The car has had work done to it, but it needs a decent amount of work to finish. I purchased the car a few years ago and have put work in to it but I have not had any time to finish it and decided its time to let it go. I will list what it has, the extras it comes with and what needs to be finished.
What it has:
QA1 Coil over shocks in the front with 400# springs
Long tube headers with bullet cats and magnaflow stainless mufflers
C5 Brakes in the front
Rebuilt Dana 36 rearend with 3.07 gears with less than 500 miles
Rebuilt WC T5 with a Quicktime steel scatter shield and hydraulic throwout bearing
Bosch 25# injectors
Corbeau A4 seats
Autometer Gauges to replace digital dash
Wagon wheels with 255/40/17 front and 275/40/18 in back
Brand new water pump installed
Extras Included with the car:
Set of bare trick flow heads / used
Brand new box of ARP head studs
Comp cams 1.6 chromoly roller rockers
1 RJS black 5 point harness / will need 1 more for passenger
Converted LT1 Intake
Stock LT1 exhaust without cats
Honeycomb with lights for front bumper
Schutt steering wheel
New halo weather stripping
AC delete pulley
Poly BUshings for the Front
Brand New Aluminum Griffin Radiator
Extra 2.59 rear end that was taken out of the car when the rear end was replaced.
Will also include 1 stick possibly 2 20' 1 3/4 .120 wall DOM roll bar tubing
The bad:
The car needs to be finished and i will do my best to list everything that needs to be
The interior has been removed because the car was going to be a track only car and remains registered and insured so it can be driven to laguna seca. The interior needs to be finished, the gauges need to be mounted correctly as they are simply mounted to a piece of aluminum at the moment that is not securley fastened to the dash
The car needs to have the honeycomb behind the front bumper put on
Needs some body work, the bumper is cracked on the driver side foglight hole, spiderweb cracking in the middle of the hood.
All of the work to the car is cosmetic as it drives straight and runs well. I planned on replacing the motor because I am unsure of how many miles are on the motor, which is why i purchased all of the motor parts, but i never got around to it and simply have lost interest in the car.
Sway bar is missing the bushings that mount it to the frame for the front end.
All of the ac equipment has been removed with the exception of the pump, which is why i have the ac delete pulley from Chevrolet.
The reason for the ford T5 instead of a ZF6 or a chevy T5 was because of the avaialbity of the ford t5 and the cost to replace it if it ever failed. But in the miles that i have driven it it has never given me a problem. As long as you don't drop the clutch at 3k rpm it will be difficult to break the rear end or the transmission. I have not driven the car in over a year because i have been very busy and simply would like to get rid of it.
It is located in Salinas, CA any questions or inquiries please email me at eshefflette@gmail.com If you are serious I will get pictures of the car.
Thanks everyone!
