Doesn't matter... technically you want to bleed them LR, RF, RR, LF or at least that's what the 2001 factory service manual calls for, but I hardly ever follow it and haven't ever had an issue.

97 through 00 the front and rear brakes were on separate circuits so you bled both rears followed by both fronts starting with the caliper furthest from the master cylinder. 01 on up GM used a dual diagonal brake system so the right rear and left front are on one circuit and the left rear and right front are on the other circuit. Again bleed the caliper furthest from the master on each circuit.

Don't bleed the brakes via the pedal-pumping method! That works OK(ish) normally, but when you've introduced air into the system it's very very easy to suck some back into the ABS. Then you spend a few evenings trying to fix the damn thing, then you take it to the dealer for an ABS bleed. Not that I'd know anything about that
Use a pressure bleeder. Or just gravity-bleed them - it doesn't take all that long.
