Default Stock 18's on all 4 corners tire question

I'm getting ready to go to a BBK on my 02z06, I have 2 sets of 18 rear z06 wheels. I want to run Nitto 555II 305/35/18 on all four corners. I have check the sizing and other than a little rubbing on the front at full lock the fit is good. Will this set up cause me any problem with my "nanny's"?

Thanks

Check the back spacing on those rims. then check the back spacing required for the BBK you wish to buy.

I have check the spacing and I will need 1/8" spacers so I think I'm ok there however I run in "compitition mode" and I was wondering if the identical sized tires both front and back will cause the "nanny's to trigger"?
Thanks

My car has a Stoptech ST40 kit on the front with the square factory rear wheel set-up with 305 V700s. No rubbing.

You'll have to turn the nannies off to run a square set up. Since the stock configuration is a 17/18 stagger the computer looks for a difference in rotational speed between the front and back tires. With a square set up there is no difference and the computer will think there is a loss of traction.

On my old Z06 I ran 17x11 GrandSport wheels with 315s all around. If left in comp mode, once in awhile it'd trigger "SERVICE ACTIVE HANDLING, SERVICE ABS, SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL", but I'd reset the code on the back straight at VIR. It only happened a few times.

On my current TTA car I run 275/35/18 or 255/35/18 all around on stock rear wheels and have no issues, but I do run with everything off.

I have been running Pirelli slick 305/680/18 on all fours, really tall but I get them in good shape from a porsche team 100.00 each and they feel pretty good, would rather have proper sizes but got to run what you can get sometimes. all nannies off, no trouble

That's really not a good idea. The 305 Nitto is a really tall tire at 26.3".
Too tall IMO for the front of a C5 on an 18x10.5 wheel.

02 Z06. Stoptech ST60's front, ST40's rear. (4) 18x10.5 OEM Z06 wheels with Nitto NT-01 315/30 18's. No problems with brake caliper clearance. Will not go to full lock without rubbing on the DRM brake duct extensions.

I have 305/35/18 in the back and 275/35/18 in the front. The front tires are the same diameter as the 265/40/17's so no difference for the nannys to see

maybe depends on the year. I have an 03 z06 and never had that issue. nannies stay on on the street for me, off on the track

Does anyone have experience running NT555RII's in a 305/35/18 Rear & 285/35/18 Front setup on stock rear C5 Z06 Wheels, with all nannies on ?

Looks to be a .5" stagger Front to Rear

I ran at VIR this past friday in my 02z for the first time with the exact setup your refering to...........sorry to say I only got about 20-30 total minutes on the track due to a oil psi issue however I had no issues with nannys on or off.

Jason, your wheel sensors or bearings may be wearing out then. Unplug the sensor clean out the connection and replug them in. That worked for me several times.
