R-D Racing ?
I ordered a C5 harness bar 30 days ago. Haven't received anything.
They don't answer the phone. I did receive an e-mail stating it was shipped 2 weeks ago, however, a request for a tracking number has gone unanswered.
Anybody know what's up ?

Robert,
Sorry to hear that. I had a similar experience last September.

I eventually received the harness bar but only after I turned it over to PayPal for resolution. It was well made but the instructions weren't very good. My only advice is to go immediately to resolution, don't wait. I don't believe that they have any concept of customer service.

Brey-Krause and Hardbar make far superior products to the R&D piece.... best try and cancel your order and find a BK or Hardbar one... you can often find them used on here for a nice cost savings.
I had a BK in my old Z06 (because I needed full seat travel) and a hardbar in my latest track Z06, just removed it for the cage install. It sold in 15 minutes on here.

I have the Hardbar in my C5. It is really nicely made.
The only problem is that you cannot move the seat all the way back.
I'm only 5'9" so not a problem for me, it may be if you are taller.

I had the same issue a few months back. They did come through in the end. Just had to stay on him. Good quality products. No complaint with the products at all
