Hardbar T1 Caliper Installation Instructions?
I'm trying to install Hardbar T1 brake kit and did not get any instructions.
It seems like I will have to do some grinding on my spindle upright ears to make the adapter bracket fit. Is this correct?
With the large Nordlock washers: Do they go between the hex head and the heavy washer that held the stock caliper frames in place?
It seems like the short brake hoses go in front.

Yes, you need to grind down some of the flashing on the spindles to get the adapter to sit flush. Mount it up hand tight, mark it with a sharpie and grind it down with a dremel or similar. Go slow and test fit it after each bit.
The large Norlocks go on the large bolts that held the slide calipers to the upright. Take the stock washers and toss them. The Nordlocks replace those.
Hoses, I BELIEVE it's 16" up front but I'm not certain.
