Source for wheel spacers and studs?
Looks like I'm going to need wheel spacers to clear my new AP Hardbar calipers with my OEM Grand Sport 17x9.5 front wheels. My street wheels, (OEM C5 Z06 front) has about 1/4" spoke to caliper clearance.
Sources for spacers and longer studs?
What about hub centric. Right now the wheels seem to pilot on the hub. What happens with a spacer?

these are really good, can be used on different bolt circles. I just bought a set (3/8") for a customer and they are great, especially for the price....$14
I used ARP studs 100-770 from either Summit or Jegs. Very cheap.
Anything over about 1/4" will lose the hub-centering, but your are looking at $250 for a set of DRM's spacers with the lip machined in. I like the idea of having hubcentric, but it just doesn't make "cents" to me to spend that kind of money on spacers.

I have some of those, Summit has them for slightly more cost. Also ARP-100-7708 $12.66 1/2 longer studs. SUM-7540021 $2.95 lugs.

FWIW:
17x9.5 OEM Z06 front spoke to caliper clearance is about 1/4"
18x10.5 OEM Z06 clears by about 1/8"
17x9.5 OEM GS front wheel needs a spacer
17x11 OEM GS rear wheel has about 1/2" clearance
LG Wilwood supposedly clears the GS wheels, but I going to assume that they are referring to the 11" rears.

I think I would need a 5/8" spacer to clear caliper with my GS 17x9.5 wheels. As much as I hate to part with them, I think it would be smarter to sell my wheels and buy another set that clears.

The hub ring is there for locating. The studs hold the wheel in place and take all the load. Spacers are not ideal, but they are safe. However, you must run longer, hardened ARP studs, which it seems you're already planning. Due to moving the wheel farther from the bearing they add load to the hub, but my fronts were never the issue, it's our rears that suck.
I've run spacers for 10 years to clear my 9.5" GS wheels. I think they are 3/4" thick.
Speaking of which, need some more wheels? I just upgraded to 18's
