HOT pressures: 36 (F) / 34 (R).

I had heard about 2 lb higher than this but I found that the centers wore to cord and the edges had plenty of tread ( front 2 tires), plus the car pushed in the turns. This was a stock suspensioned c5Z with 275-40-17 front and the 305 rears.

Thank you. My last set of tires were Falken Azenis RT-615s and a similar wear occured. With only 1.5 front / 1.0 camber and ~35psi hot, the centers wore out first. I was thinking of trying a lower pressure.

[QUOTE=gmccreary;1577685656]28 front, 26 rear cold.[/QUOTE

This is the ball park I start in on a "normal" temp day and adjust from there, although I reverse the front and rear pressures b/c my fronts tend to get much hotter and come in with significantly higher hot pressures.

I've gone as low as 24 front and 26 rear on a hot summer day and still had to adjust hot pressures down shooting for upper/mid-thirties hot.

On cooler or wet/cool days I start at 28/30.

That's about what I've done...tires get 8psi rise over a session depending on the weather (sun load & ambient temp). I will have to try lower yet in the front per Jim's rec and see what happens.
