Default FS: Forged LS7 Longblock!!!!

We just removed this engine from our customers 2007 C6 Z06. The Z06 has 7450 original miles on it. At 6600 miles we removed the engine and built is as listed below. Since then the owner has put 900 miles on the car/engine while building his RHS/All Pro 427 to replace the LS7 with.

FWIW, the Z06 this engine was removed from is IMMACULATE. The car is truly show room condition. The owner is VERY detailed and meticulous with his cars.

Details are as follows:

GM LS7 Block- Fully Machined/Inspected by Proline Race Engines
GM LS7 Crankshaft- 58x Ring- Balanced/Polished by Proline Race Engines
GM Titanium Connecting Rods with Katech Rod Bolts
Diamond Forged Pistons- 23cc DISH (9.25:1 compression)
Total Seal Stainless Ring Pack

Comp Hardened 3/8 Pushrods
GM LS7 Valve covers/gaskets/bolts

Reason for sale: Customer built RHS/All Pro 427.

Please note that this 427 can be installed in other vehicles aside from the C6 Z06. Lingenfelter offers a 24x to 58x converter box for the crankshaft and SD Parts offers a "spacer" for the LS7 crank "snout" to work with other serpentine systems.

This engine can be seen/inspected anytime at Vengeance Racing. Will come with complete build sheet detailing all clearances/specifications.

Why was the compression lowered so much? Is this intended to be a blower motor? If so what kind of blower was used on it? and how much boost has it had?

The engine was removed/forged to support a twin turbo system. We made mid 800s on 14psi and then removed the engine and built an RHS/All Pro combo to allow us to safely turn up the boost.

The engine has been completely torn down/inspected by Proline Race Engines and is 100% ready to go!!!
