Normal for Kumhos. That is the splice joint where the band of rubber that wraps around the carcass meets. Most likely yours are coming apart due to hard braking. I always swapped the tires from one side of the car to the other with each usage. That tends to keep the joint together. I had some new Kumhos about 4 years ago that actually peeled a section of tread off the tire starting at that seam. They warrantied that for me but they will not warranty what is shown in those pictures.

safety is my concern, i don't want to be 150mps and the tires peels on me.
So, it looks like you guys are saying not to run them correct?

They all do that, fronts under braking, rears acceleration. Kumho do seem to be the only tire maker that cannot butt splice, but just reverse direction every event & should be fine.
Every set I have run has shown the splice, one (out of dozens) came apart a little.
Mark a place on the sidewall that corresponds to the splice & then check each session.
You might even reverse them during the lunch break.
