Default Autobahn Oct. 3rd

Anybody doing this: http://www.hookedondriving.com/event...n_Full_Circuit
Just signed up, a friend with his Cobra is going and maybe a few to watch. There is a 1 hour touring at noon, $20, for those that want to just want to drive the track. First time with HOD, $25 discount with code: MPIGP (Melrose Park Indoor Grand Prix- karting)
Should be a good time.

I think you mean Oct 3rd, this Monday correct?

Rob puts on a very safe and nice event.

Autobahn's full circuit is a blast and quite challenging with 20 turns. I will be there teaching the advanced classroom. There will be some Team GM Corvette people there as well.

The weather looks great for Monday, sunny and low 70s.

See you there.

Mike your a great instructor.... not many guys I would feel comfortable taking the wheel from the passenger seat
I'm sure you'll show them a thing or two. Wish I could make your class for sure. I'm headed to DRM this weekend to drop off the car for a little up grade

Gary,

You're in good hands with DRM.

You'll need somebody to test your car after the upgrades to make sure it's up to snuff. When you coming?

Yes. Y Modified.

I thought I had a shot at a class championship this year, but my clutch was having release problems. I could not get it in gear with engine running.... on an intermittent basis. I had to run the whole south course in 3rd gear. My guess is that the pressure plate is warped or the fingers are bent or broken. It's weird that the clutch grabs about the normal place and with the engine off it releases with clutch in about where you would expect. The pedal feels smooth too.

My wife does not want me to change clutch in garage on jack stands, so I may be looking for a local shop to do it.
