Default Putnam Park Saturday Nov. 26th for you REAL track junkies

10/10ths Motorsports, at the request of a number of drivers, has put together a last minute, 1 day track event at Putnam Park on Saturday November 26th.

Weather looks OK but we all know how that goes.

Ask yourself this one question:

Would you rather be here,

OR

Would you rather be HERE !!!!!

If you chose #1, Please turn in your "Man Card" at the nearest road course office

Registration can be found at:http://www.1010drive.citymax.com/nov...tnam_park.html

Bill--can you provide a list so we can shame buddies who haven't signed up and trash talk those who have. I hope we dont have to run winter tires for this event! Will Black Sunshine make a final appearance or is it busy with a wax job?

Snow tires will NOT be needed

I will post the roster on the website.

Black Sunshine could possibly be making it's final appearance as I have a couple of serious interests in the car.
Could be possible to be at VIR Dec 4th & 5th and actually hand it over there to a racer.

Rumor has it his new Chevy Volt will be painted and ready to go by this date. He is asking all who will be attending to bring along extension cords so he can make it all the way around Putnam Park

Pretty girl on the bar stool asked Bill his sign. He replied,"blue with yellow diagonal stripe."

OK, so the forecast yesterday said rain all day starting at 7AM in the morning. I decided to not load up the track vette and came in my little ole '96. Now the WX says cool and nice tomorrow with PM shower. However, that means we all will stay nice and dry. I wonder how my LT4 with street tires and ceramic pads will take the course??. ..nnaahhhhh.

Thanks for a fun event! We had a great time and even the weather cooperated for most of the day -- Adam went out with Danny when the rain stopped and learned how to drive on a wet/drying track.

Great people and fun times -- what could be better?

We are looking forward to doing more 10/10ths events in 2012!

Paul
