Got some used ccw with metal valve stems, valve core appears to be standard.

These have a rubber grommet inside to mount the stem.

I assume these metal valve stems do NOT have to be replaced every time like rubber usually is.

They appear in good shape, seller said rims are about 3 yrs old.

I would like to replace the grommet, where do you get these?

Is it a standard size available at most tire stores?

What do you torque it to?
