Default Noise from the rear

My C5Z just began making a rumbling noise from the rear that is independent of throttle. When turning ever so slightly, or more, to the right it goes away. When turning to the left it gets a little louder. I am talking about highway speeds. I have not been to the track since it began.

I checked the rear hubs for looseness, and they seem fine (I did find some play in both toe link ends, though).

I am assuming it's the diff, and that it will need rebuilt. It did run quite hot for a while during track days, until I finally installed cooling.

Any ideas?

I found the problem. The RF wheel nuts were loose from when I recently switched to street brakes. 'Sorry for the post...
