use a 72" BBQ grill cover for the wing. Take a normal cover and cut slits for the wing uprights then put Velcro on the to hold the slits together.
Or just get an extra big cover

For my Camaro in the avatar I just used a good quality Camaro cover and slit the back for the wing supports. Closed the slits with velcro and snaps at the bottom. I took the wing in and had a cheap custom wing only cover made at the local upholstery shop. Worked awesome!
