Default Camaro Lost Brakes

Team, I am looking for a post that was up last week showing a GT Camaro losing its brakes, hitting the back of another car then exiting the track over the catch fence scattering photogs. Anyone know where that post is? It wasn't under the title of camero.

Pretty much demonstrates the uselessness of sand traps.

Im sure it would have been worse without it. I have hit sand traps where it feels like hitting water and the car just stops. Maybe that part of the track is just too fast for one.

There is not much that is going to stop any car that has its throttle stuck wide open! That is one of the fastest parts of the track compounded with late braking he was in for a ride. There are some pictures of the car coming straight towards the photog, then the car hit the fence and flipped over him. Pretty crazy accident. Same photog has a pic of the car's butterfly stuck wide open!

2nd video shows the aftermath shots. One of them is the throttle butterfly stuck wide open after the crash.

He probably cut the ignition when he realized he wasn't slowing down.

Ya I saw that, but listen to the audio on the in car. Doesn't sound like just a ignition kill, sounds like he lifted to brake. Could be wrong but it sounds that way to me.

Driver in the post wreck interview said it was the brakes, they went to the floor, tried to pump didn't work. Just glad he wasn't hurt.

For not having any brakes, that thing was sure throwing off a lot of tire smoke in the video.
