wow transferring 40 million just to level 5 for sponsor fees is mind boggling, cant imagine how big the whole operation was raking in then if they can afford to just throw 40 million at racing.

No mention of any dollar amount transferred to Level 5 Motorsports as a direct result of any alleged wrongdoing in the complaint but they are a codefendant.
