Default Slightly OT: Assembly Plant Tour

Hi all,

I got in with a friend's tour group of the Corvette plant in Bowling Green this coming Thursday, and wonder if there's anything in particular to look for or ask about? Can't take any pictures inside, so that's out.

Well, I always found it neat to try and find the "export cars" that go overseas. They look a little different so it's fun to spot.

As far as asking.... it all depends on the tour guide and the TYPE of tour. 3-4 years ago, you would go and get someone that talked most of the time and you could ask things, the last $7 tour I took it was 'walk to this place' and listen to a recording and repeat thru the line.

Don't get me wrong, it's still an awesome thing to do but it's changed over the years.

I don't think they are doing anything special yet as far as the 13s so you won't see the new colors.

Good luck and have a great time.
