Default Recommended track day psi for GY F1 2nd gen?

What do folks recommend as optimal front/rear psi, hot, for the stock Goodyear F1 runflats during an HPDE?
This is on a '12 grand sport & I'm assuming it has '2nd generation' F1's?

Last year I started out at 33 and they heated up to 39-41 psi. That's too much.

At Spring Mountain, the psi was 28-29 cold, so that's what I'm going to try this year.

I was also considering using nitrogen.
