Just because it's raining is no excuse for loafing on your back side reading racing stuff. Get out there and sell houses. Your going to need the commision to pay for tires. And brakes.

DING Yah. Chit first two days Not Selling in a long time. Did TWO contracts YESTERDAY and dong ONE today.

Been working too frick'n much. Need to work on the car too
