I recall a thread on my question, but all searches failed to find it.

I have a set of Toyo 888's with 12 HPDE 20 min sessions and am seeing odd tire wear patterns on the driver side front. The wear is only on the driver side front, surely because the tracks are all clockwise high left side load courses.

The wear is a ridge of rubber on the leading edge of the tread pattern. It gets more pronounced as I put more laps on the tire. The wear is only on the outside set of tread patterns, inside set looks nominal.

Hope the picture is adequate to show the issue.

I run starting pressures of 26-28# on the drivers front and about a pound more on passenger front and rears. After a couple of laps I see pressures on 37-38# on all 4 tires.
