Default new front breather design

Its not as big as hole as it looks, all ducted to radiator. Top will feed oil cooler. Z06 screens are blocked

Wicked. Would be curious on how it effects the front aero.

Now that all that air is going through the radiator, you need a vented hood

The more air in the more drag and lift.

Thats the next project to tip the radiator forward and make carbon fiber duct work on the back side that sends it though a vented hood have a carbon hood already for the vents

Of course you are right, but the opening only turns out to be about 157 square inches just slightly bigger than a C6 mouth and the Z06 screens are blocked, with the ducting and vented hood we'll give it a try.

Scrape it right off the ground too How big did your front opening end up being? In the summer, Miller here in Utah is very hot and heat is always a fight. Here is a picture of the ducting just laid up some flat sheets of carbon for the sides, the bottom is just a simple carbon tray with 90* sides not to high tech or pretty for sure, but fun to mess around with. Have to redo when the radiator is laid forward

Aren't you worried about debris getting to the radiator? I don't see a mesh grille...

for sure, have one its just not installed in the picture, the carbon surround still needed a little work so it was sitting in place for the picture.

When I saw that front end it reminded me of what a friend of mine did to his car when we were in high school.
