Making the move from TT to w2w
Car is now ready to go w2w
Full cage by DRM, new oil cooler, Halltech 107R intake, gut all nonessential items behind the dash, QD wheel for ease of access of the cockpit, Fire Suppression System, dyno & check tune, freshing up of the graphics with the new race number and cut around 80 pounds off the car
Now if I can get the driver to drop 20 lbs
A few quick pics in the shop today.....

Very nice!! You going to run the NASA TX or Rockies schedule? I know you were at Hallett last year but can't remember where you call home? I was the c6 racer checking out the brake master on your car.

I'll be at Hallett for the Tx shootout and HPR in July. NASA Central Region is home

Welcome to the world of Adrenalin Overload.
If you're going to do much of this, I have 2 suggestions:
1.) Take a lot of pictures of you car as it sits now. It won't be that pretty for long.
2.) Bring lots and lots of these, sooner or later you'll need them:

Just for the record, I've found that the quality of W2W drivers isn't as high as what I see in TT. Your region may be different, but here in the SE, a lot of W2W drivers skip TT all together for some reason.

I've seen this too. I personaly think a year or two in TT makes for a better driver when comparing to someone going from group 4 to w2w.

The driving skills developed in TT or DE are helpful, and high risk moves are frowned upon, even grounds for dismissal, in that environment, but not so in W2W.
You'll see some moves in W2W that will make you say, WTF were they thinking, and hope like hell you don't get caught up in it.
And sometimes you have to even deal with potential catastrophes allowed by race control.

Wish I could share a few brews with you. MW just has Joliet for me all others are like 9-12 hrs out.

I see, best of luck in W2W, Randy and the guys a DRM have her looking nice!
I would be nice to have a Vette to cheer for in ST1 - since it's kinda Viper heavy in our region!
