Default Need help with seats please

I recently installed Corbeau A4's in my C6 1LT (no heated seats or memory). I purchased the sensors from Dan at VetteWorks and re-installed the bladder from the passenger seat. I was told by an associate from TPS Motorsports that if I zip-tie the bladder and put it under the seat, that would work.

After I hooked all those pieces up, I had to take out this little black box that the bladder seems to plug into.

Everything hooked up well and no airbag light. Passenger Airbag sensor says ON. I drove the car the other day and my airbag light seems to come on and off intermittenly and then eventually stays on with the Passenger Airbag sensor switching from ON to OFF.

What seems to fix it temporarily is when I unplug and the re-plug in the plug that goes into the little black box. But after awhile, it does the same thing I previously mentioned with the airbag light coming on again.

Any clue what could be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

try some contact cleaner on the plugs you might have some corrosion or dirt in them.
your seats should have seat belt swithches and seat belt pretensiorers are thes both pluged in and clean?

Thanks for responding. Everything looks good and everything goes off for awhile, but it always starts with the intermittent airbag light and then eventually stays on

I went with the ones from VetteWorks. The gentlemen who owns the place is Dan and is a wealth of knowledge. I have been speaking with him on several occasions regarding my issue and has been very helpful.

Im in the process of trying something else that he wants to do and will hopefully fix my issue.

I don't know if this is any help, but my stock 08 has had the airbag light come on then go off after a number of key cycles more than once.
I was on a trip and now that I am home the dealer says to wait for it to come on again before bringing it in. Although the car is low mileage (15k) and parked inside I suspect as mentioned above that it is an intermittent electrical connection.

What I'm suggesting is that it may not have anything to do with your seat change.

Good luck and I'll be reading to see what you learn.
