In his first effort in a TA car, CF member Dave Pintaric cut a fine 2:05.

Thank you for the kind words.

Tough race. Something, either clutch or transmission, broker as I entered Turn 3 on Lap 1. Quick end to a promising "first race."

I was where I wanted to be in qualifying. When I flew down to Sebring Thursday night, my goal was a 2:05.XXX, and that's what I got. I felt that if I was able to run that lap time, I'd be close enough to the "fast guys (and girl)" to learn how truly fast these cars are. Alas, that wasn't to be.

I don't have much time to talk right now, but a more in-depth account is forthcoming.

I'll leave with this: these cars are so f'ing awesome! Unbelievable!

Was a lot of fun watching you guys.

Was that gusty wind hard to deal with on track? It sure cut right through us on the sidelines.

I couldn't believe the lack of spectators. Had pretty much free run of the place.
