We will run V8 StockCar with HSR at the Mitty, then Daytona with SCCA in May. Will be running the Corvette in SPO, Howe type Camaro in SPO, and ASA Taurus in GTA.

Our team Howe Camaro was once an ASA type Monte Carlo. I only drove it as a Monte. We converted it to Camaro and put my partner's son in it (Bobby Kennedy).
He is a small guy (like Mark Martin size) and I ain't. Too much time involved in switching seat etc. So I sold them my interest in the car.
It is undergoing a full restoration including a fresh carbureted LS6.
I bought the new Howe Mustang body and Woody at Bemco will build me a chassis for it later this year. I love my LS motors though, so It will get a carbureted LS6.

This is some good video of Cameron Lawrence (two time Trans Am 2 winner and Bobby Kennedy (winner of Grand Am Watkins Glen Total Performance Showcase race 2012) going at it.
In my view these are two of the quickest young men in the country in these GTA/TA2 type cars. (along with Rob Huffmaster). Bobby has yet to appear in a TA race, but maybe later this year at Daytona or Road Atlanta. Bobby is just 19 years old, while Cameron is 20.
The video is from Cameron's personal GTA type Chevy Impala, while Bobby is driving the yellow and red Ford Taurus GTA. Cameron's car is powered by a Schwanke LS1 and kennedy's by a 347 ci Ford small block. The Taurus was suffering from some braking issues but did seem to have a bit more grunt than the Chevy.
At the start the black late model SPO of Lee Arnold gets in between them, before Cam and Bobby really go at it. Unforunately, the Taurus broke a driveshaft on lap 6 ending the competition.
