Man. You gotta have a lot of cash lying around to burn up $1400 worth of tires over what amounts to 2-3 track days. Are you racing for money and glory (or free tires) or just doing an HPDE?

Stopped due to business sucking car is sitting couple of years. If I am not running 10/10ths I would never bother going. No fun to not be on the edge. May go out this year few times if car gets back together. Really hard to do few times a year for me. I guess it's like crack to me from what I hear about crack. I run them till they cord. There is not much rubber on them unfortunately. Lucky I don't have big power motor.LOL

Be sure to heat cycle them and let them sit for a few days before romping on them. When tracking them, don't 'push' too much (exceed slip angle) and don't torque the rear end loose in the turn. In short, try to be smooth and consistent and they will last a loooonnnggg time. Or, you can destroy any tire with abuse in one afternoon. Seriously, it all depends.
