Default Corvette Racer Dave Greer Passes

The Corvette racing community lost another great gearhead on May 14, 2013 when Dave Greer passed away. Dave was a long time competitor in his C3 Corvette in SCCA and Crane Cams V8 StockCar races. Dave was a regular at Roebling Road and Carolina Motorsports Park. Dave also had a Corvette repair business and supplied Jerico and Tex Racing transmissions to the road racing community.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Dave's family.

Default Godspeed Dave

I looked for him a couple of weeks ago at Roebling. Wayne told me he was not doing well and had not returned a recent phone call.
He was a regular fixture at Roebling for alot of years and many of us have gone to Dave to find parts for our old C2 and 3s.
A friendly competitor and a Vette guy I'm happy to have called friend.
Godspeed Dave
