Default C4 road race camber advise requested

I am looking for advise from experienced C4 road racers with track only cars. Mine is 84 with major mods, 2980 lbs w driver, running 17 x 11 with 315 35 17's on all 4, coilovers, big sway bars. I have been running 1.5 neg camber and have great, even tire (current tire is Goodyear R DOT) wear but feel more grip may be available with more camber. Looking for actual results from experience, no theory please! Share your results, the more the better!
Thank you !

I run offset front bushings and max out my camber, -2 3/4 on one side, -2 1/4 on the other. More is better.

More camber will help. I went from your settings to around -2.2 to -2.3 front and -1.6 to -1.7 rear and went quite a bit faster. More grip everywhere.

Good looking car btw!

I just ran my car for the first time on Monday with my own adjustable upper control arms. I went -3.2 each side on the front and it felt great! I changed a lot on the car so there are many factors, but the temps were pretty even across the tire and turn in and grip were outstanding.

go as far as yo can monitoring the cross tire temps ie inside, middle, outside. if the temps are to high in the inside u may be running more n-camber than your using.. and get a squirly feeling...

I'm running -1.5 on the front and -1.0 on the rear, but I have 275s up front and 315s on the rear. Great grip (NT01 tires). Enough to run a 2:18 (car has more for sure) at VIR full.

I always ran about -2.5 up front and 0.8 less in the rear. Can pushes with 275F/315R combo but is neutral with 275 or 315 square.

Consider smaller tires, 315 may be overkill on such a light car. How long are your races? If they're 30 min or less give smaller a chance...

I hadn't considered the smaller tire option, good food for thought. I run 30 minute races. The big issue is finding wheels with the early offset I need to scrounge some smaller ones. I have rounded up 12ea 17 x 11 zr1 copies and just one set of 9.5 and 11's that have my rains on them.
