That looks like a simple but fun course. Some of those banked turns look like you can take them pretty quickly. Welcome to the club. I keep thinking as I progress ill find a medium where all I do is pay entry fees and some consumables..... its been 3 years and I'm no closer than my first autox.. now I'm a nasa instructor, race in sarrc and ccps, with about 8 track weekends a year combined and some autox....

So worth it.

Thompson is rebuilding their track too. Thats about 7 tracks within 200mi of me, 2of witch are 1 hour drive. I'm doomed to be broke forever.

?? If this is your first track day, why are you running solo?? I guess this wasn't an HPDE Event.... I've been doing these for two years and I still run with an instructor (by choice).. just curious...

Enjoy. It is TOO MUCH FUN!!!
