Pic: another wicked Trans Am Vette
Big Pine Key, Fl Charles Wicht's Rocketsports chassis Corvette. Charles has been a regular in the V8 series and is a part timer in Trans Am. In his lone appearance this year at Sebring in Trans Am he finished 6th with a best lap of 2:03 and change.

You will be hearing about this kid more in the near future, 16 year old Nick Hazelwood. He has moved from an STO type C6 Corvette to a GT-1 Corvette. The car is the ex Scott Murphy SCCA national wininning Corvette. Built by the talented Pancho Weaver and recently gone thru again at Pancho's shop, this car will be fast in the hands of the fearless young Hazelwood. The car is getting a fresh SB2 by Lee Schwartz at Flowtech in NC.

Babe Branscombe's C5 Corvette. This is a former Spirit of Daytona team Corvette that competed in the Grand Am GTS class. SOD won the 2001 Rolex GTS championship. Babe competes in the Southeast Division SCCA in the fall and winter and in the NE in the spring and summer. Fast car that has run around 2:07 at Sebring on occasion.

Ray Cocoziello's C5 GT-1. The car has SB-2 power. Ray finished 2nd overall at the SCCA/V8 StockCar event at Charlotte last August.
Ray competes in SCCA, NASA, PBOC and HSR.
