I fixed mine with a set of wilwood wide-5 SL6R calipers. Probably not the answer you're looking for though

Try some solvent and let it soak quite a while. Guess that they are rusted and so wont break loose. As above, upgrade time

WD40 and a heat gun might help.

Get a torch of some kind - propane is OK - and liberally heat the entire area of the caliper bracket where the slider fits. Start slowly and bring the heat up evenly till it is smoking hot. Take a set of vice grip pliers and clamp on the slider pin. Apply leverage till it breaks loose, twist back and forth till you can remove the pin. Once the bracket is cool, take appropriate size drill bit and clean the garbage out of the hole. Lube replacement pin and install boot. You are good to go. Be sure to lube all the other ones while you have it apart.

If you don't want to bugger up the hole, I would take it off. Bring to the bench & angle it so gravity will help the solvent flow down the pin.

Use 50% acetone 50% atf as a "rust buster" better that ALL the solvents sold.

Soak a couple of times & start working it out with vise grips, tap on the locked vice grip with a small hammer.

I would be very careful using a drill bit, it's easy to open up that hole (alum alloy) and then you have more future problems with pads sticking etc.

LUBE EVERY PAD CHG. And ck/replace the seal.

I would use heat as last resort.

I had a frozen slider pin on my GMC truck. It was rusted solid. Literally fused together from road salt. The best solution was to buy a new caliper bracket.

The old bracket became a wheel chock !
