C5 LS6 install, can I get the motor back in with the LT headers on?
Can I get this motor back into the car (from below) with the Long Tube headers in place, or should I wait until it's back in to put them on?

If you mean by mounting the motor with the headers to the cradle and then lifting the assembly up and bolting to the frame......
Then yes.
If the torque tube, trans and rear end are out of the car I would mount the torque tube to the motor assembly as well and then install the trans and rear end after everything else is situated.
