Need help figuring out AN fittings

Default Need help figuring out AN fittings

I put in a QM clutch, and now I need to ditch the OEM drybreak fitting for AN fittings. So here's what I got:

From the QM actuator I've got a female AN looks to be 3/8"-24 BUT it could also be metric 10x1.00. SAE 7/16" wrench fits the female better.

From the Tick Master I've got 7/16-20 or metric 11x1.25 but again, it seems that a 9/16 wrench fits the female perfectly.

I'd call the hose ID 1/8"

Both ends are coned fittings, I'm assuming 37 degrees?

Sooo I want to have a custom steel line made to go from the Master down to the QM actuator, what the heck size fittings do I need?
