Is there some kind of scanner that can plug into the OBD port that will display the intake temperature, coolant temp, etc?

I don't want to change or modify anything, but just get real time readings.

I just bought the otc 3111 pro and am very happy with it. Does a whole lot for the price. Very easy to use Actron is the maker and offers the same unit for a few dollars less under their own name, but I prefer OTC.

Not sure on all the pin outs on the C5 OBD port, but on the C6 you can read those with the GoPoint Technology BT1. You need a Bluetooth device to connect with to display the graphs in real time. (They have a hard wired version as well.) I use it with an iPhone to capture engine data for video overlays on track days.

If you wanted to record the readings and view later, you could use EFILive V2 " Scan Only" and record to the internal memory or an SD card.
