For those who went to this year's Monterey car week activities, but who missed "The Quail". My car was invited to the Quail this year, and my daughter and I attended. It was an incredible experience, topped by this scene about 1PM.....

Announcer, Alain deCadenet said: "And now it is my pleasure to introduce Michael Schumacher, FIA President Jean Todt, Sir Sterling Moss, and William "Chip" Connor". There was a moment of incredible disbelief on my daughter's face, before she (along with thousands of others) ran over to the stage to take pictures. (Yes, we do have pictures, but I will have to wait for my daughter to post them)

Everyone needs to go to Monterey. It's one of the few Must Do events. Everything about Monterey is over the top. Here's a good article about this year by Peter Delorenzo.
