Default Titanium 3" race exhaust, who makes it?

I have a C6 race car that came with an over the axle titanium 3" no muffler setup. It originally bolted up to my factory manifolds and cats, I have since modified it to fit my LG Super Pro setup which I love. I am trying to extend it past the bumper vs. dumps that end near the rear valance. Anyone know who made or makes this so I can source the last few feet of bent tubing needed?

I'd love to see pictures!!! as far as I know no one has made an off the shelf Ti exhaust here in the states... but I could be wrong.

Side note:
I also thought you could not bend Ti very much? which is the reason you always see crazy welding on bent Ti piping.

Hmmm.... Corsa did for the C5's. I have a set on my car. They had them with and without mufflers. Although this is an old for sale thread, there are a few pictures here:

I'm not sure about a titanium system for C6's.

PS The system for the C5's is only 2.5".

I know a guy here in NC that builds Ti exhausts for F1 cars. The guy is an artist with a welder and Titanium. He could probably point you in the right direction or provide you with the material. PM me if you want his company info.

Pics..

It's not all pretty and clean anymore.

Had the front section modified to eliminate the slip fits and go with V Band clamps.. holy crap that was a mistake. Required an aircraft certified welder and degassing etc... $400!! Pretty welds though!

I didn't get pics of the over the axle because it's wrapped. I am considering doing Swain Tech coating to stop passing the heat to the diff/trans.

At this point I am looking for prebent 90 degree sections in order to finish the dumps properly. After tweaking it with steel sections last night it is clear 4 90 degree sections cut and welded together plus about 12" of straight section will get proper out the back exhaust and stop melting my rear plastic!

I am beginning to think this exhaust is Iconel. Anyone know how a home mechanic can definitively tell?

inconel is a form of steel so a magnet should work...

EDIT: some forms of inconel are not magnetic

Titanium can be easily bent after area is heated to cherry red without stress marks. I have done that many times but not recommended when cold.

Couple of obvious characteristic with titanium is its light weight and after exposing to high heat for welding or bending, heated area will have rainbow color effect. Very unusual, some people prefer hone blast to have the consistent look but I prefer the colored rainbow. The following is one of my projects, using titanium:-

Titanium muffler hanger bracket profile milled and bent after heated:

Noticing the rainbow effects after heated?
