After my last track day I noticed a new tick when loading the car on the trailer. Below are two video links where you can hear the noise. Oil pressure and temperature are normal, you can't hear the noise at idle, and it comes and goes a bit. What do you think, some type of valvetrain/lifter issue?

Absolutely. Check for a bent pushrod first and cross your fingers that's what it is since that's a really easy fix.
