What do you have to do to your car to be able to run in ST2?

Never mind, I went to the NASA site to find out. It looks like its fairly easy to get a provisional licence. Am I correct?

have a legal logbooked race car, ex: cage, seat, fire system, hans, etc.

you also need a NASA race license. (or SCCA race license)

To race in ST2 you need to make the 8:1 pwr to weight ratio.

I just calculated my weight/hp ratio. I'm at 6.4:1. So, would I have to add weight to be in ST2 or would I qualify for ST1
Thanks

you fellows mind if i hang around with yall a little? I just bought a C6 Z06 (2008) and I am not tracking it yet. I have ran Road Atlanta a lot with another car.
Still learning about the Z and RA is not a forgiving track.
I will also be hanging with the Ga RX8 club on the top of the hill at turn 10. Yall are more than welcome to visit.

You have to bring offerings to the track gods...

I'm bringing my C6Z to RA next weekend. 2 year of setting it up at Nurburgring, will see how that car perform at RA.

Offerings to the track Gods---okkkkkk--i think I know what ya mean and will see yall next Saturday.
Krisa--if this is your first time at Rd Atlanta do not underestimate this track. It does have a few tricky spots.
