Broken link...

What's the cost? Any restrictions on car types? I'm interested in bringing the GTA car out that weekend.

I ran this event two years ago. Well run with a variety of cars not only Mustangs. A lot of run time and definitely worth the price of admission.

From the latest list of participants, they are still needing instructors!

Do you know what their requirements are for instuctors? I used to instruct for NASA at VIR in the '03-'07 time frame and just got back to doing track events during the past year but not instructing. Are they giving instuctors free track time like NASA?

Contact the event, Tony Sorrentino and ask. Given you past experience, I would think that after a brief reintroduction to the new VIR you would be good to go. Doubt one ever forgets the basic blocking and tackling associated with motor sports. I would be happy to have you ride with me for a session to renew the "line", and/or to do a lead/follow. Let us know if you will be in the event.

I would have loved to have gone to this...but I'm taking a break in May and making some changes to the car before Road Atlanta in June.
Maybe next year. I'll fit right in, lol.
