Seen my '71 Red/Red Stingray Coupe?
I've searched online for years and still not found it. I have no VIN or way to get the VIN. It's stats are as follows...
1971, red/red, 454/365, 4-speed, PS, AC, PW, PB, tilt/tele, luggage rack. I'm still hoping to find my baby. Any sightings or leads? Thanks! —Mark

Well, unless it's been trashed, I'm fairly sure I'd recognize it. On the ceiling of the luggage area I wrote my name with a Sharpie!

No insurance records, no DMV help, no title copy, no VIN. I'm completely paperless. My only hope is the car's unusually optioned set-up (power everything) and the unique red/red with 454/365 4-speed and luggage rack combo. Hopefully, someone out there will have seen this car and see this post. It's a longshot, but it's all I know to do.

Good luck, you never know when and where it may turn up.
I am in the same situation looking for a car I previously owned. I had some insurance paperwork but did not show the vin. The insurance company says they never discard anything but could not fine the policy.
I went as far as hiring a privet investigator to find it, still with no luck.

Hi,
Since it could have any engine in it now, and be painted any color, perhaps you might ask people to look under their coupe's rear deck for your name?
Regards,
Alan
