Default Searching for 1969-72 Vette project car

Must have solid frame and unmodified body. I am not concerned about numbers matching or anything mechanical as drivetrain and suspension will be replaced.

I have a beautiful unmodified body Monza Red 1970 that is not numbers matching that I am considering 'unloading' as I just ordered a 2015. I would not consider it a project but might just be able to work out a fair price for the sake of some quick cash for down payment on my 2015? Here is a site with some photos ... This still represents this car..

Default 1970 Corvette Stingray Project car available

I have a 1970 Stingray Corvette which was a factory 350 with 350 HP with a 4 speed. The car does not have the original motor but had it replaced a number of years ago with a GM LT1 crate motor.

The car has been sitting for about 20 years and needs a decent amount of work but the frame is solid and the fiberglass is also in very good condition.

Located in Michigan.

Looks great! I would agree, not really a project car. Way too nice to tear into. I was looking for a reasonable deal on a clean project car. Thx.

I have a 1972 project that might be more of what you are looking for. Could run with a gas tank and carb. Engine is not original but is a good engine. As for rust, its a TX car and really couldnt get any better than this one is. If intersted PM me and I can send you man more pics and more info on it. I would like to get around $8,000 for it. Clear title etc.

The car spent it's life in Michigan as far as I know.

Located just South of Cadillac, Michigan

Frame is in great condition. We have only found 1 small area on the frame that has minor rust delamination. The rest of the frame is very nice.

350/350 HP was the factory motor and it came with a factory 4 speed.

The motor was replaced with a GM crate LT1 motor.

The car has 73K miles on it.

Looks like it has tilt wheel . What other options? Is it driveable? Do you know if the car has ever been wrecked or in a serious accident? Where is the frame rust area located? At the back by the rear axle control arm to frame pivot area? Price?
