SOLD 9/30!!!!! I have a beautiful '79 Corvette L-48 and am ready to sell it. I'm selling it to move up in "Corvette stature." I'm looking to use the $ to get into a newer generation. The 'vette is low mileage only 68,400 original, has a very clean, original (and strong) engine. The interior is all original and it very good condition. The previous owner is a former NFL player and he had a custom BRISCO sound system (with subwoofer) installed in the cargo area (it is sealed off by a custom, logo'd partition). It comes with a new (only 9 months old) custom car cover. The car has been 100% garage kept with cover installed. It also has custom, vinyl T-top storage sleeves and the mirrored tops have static cling sun screens installed. This car is a head-turner and never fails to get notice when I have it out on weekends. The paint is excellent. It's a high-gloss black with micro-flakes and gleams in the sunshine! I'm selling it for only $10,500. Nice looking vette. Do the AC, wipers, horn and headlights operate as designed? Does it have any modifications? If yes please advise. GLWTS

Everything you mention is functional except the horn. I had a repair done on the A/C and it runs cold. The wipers and headlights function correctly.

The schmuck who agreed to buy the '79 ultimately stiffed me and it's back on the market. I've lowered the price to $8,500. C'mon guys, this is a GREAT deal. Thanks!
