Default 1977 Corvette Project for Sale/Trade - $9k

The family has grown, I can't find the time to finish so it's time to sell. I have 99% of all parts to finish (plus most of the old) with a clear title and receipts for most. Body needs a final skim-coat/primer/paint & clear to button up (maybe some minor glass work). Wheels/Chassis will need to be aligned, engine tuned and obvious finishing & assembly of remaining parts. There's too much to list everything so I'll touch on the high points:

Drivetrain:
- 406 SBC - Professionally ReBuilt by Advanced Motors
- Yes - it's a 4-bolt main "511" block
- Eagle Kit w/H-Beam Rods
- AFR (CNC Ported) 74cc Heads w/1.6 Rollers
- .480 lift cam. Could go higher!
- RPM AirGap Intake w/1" spacer
- Aluminum Valve Covers
- 770 Holley Street Avenger Carb (Elect Choke)
- 9 Qt Hamburger Oil Pan
- New Oil, Air, Fuel & Water Pump
- New MSD HEI Ign & Wires

Trans & Rear Diff - Both Professionally rebuilt by Gearbox
- TH350 w/Shift Kit
- 2400/2800 Converter
- 3:7 Rr Gears
- All new U-Joints

Brakes & Exhaust:
- New SS Brake Lines & Lined Calipers
- New Rotors/Pads/Master Cyl & Booster.
- New Proportioning Valve
- Hooker Super Competition Headers & Side Pipes (Jet Hot coated)

Suspension: New Suspension Kit from Corvette Central Including -
- Shocks, Front Springs & Rr Leaf Spring
- New A-Arm Bushings & Body Mounts
- New Sway Bars & Bushings
- Rear Trailing Arms - Professionally Rebuilt

Electrical & Air
- 90% All new Wiring, Fuse Box & misc modules
- New Rubber vacuum/air-line kit for all
- Headlights rebuilt w/new parts & bushings

Body:
- Bead Blasted, Sanded and light filler
- Body seams, Frt & Rr Fascia's glassed in
- Custom Hood/Scoop
- New Frt & Rr Glass
- All polished Chrome Trim
- POR-15 underbody areas
- New Closure Seals
- Replaced most misc hardware/bushings/covers/bumpers/etc. . . as I went along

Red/Black Interior:
- 90% of all parts refinished - Great Condition of most parts
- Dynamat Barrier on lower interior & rr compartment

I'm only asking $9k. This car is worth way more in parts but I would like to sell as a whole to someone that can finish and appreciate it. I may be willing to separate, just depends on what is being requested, if I have a taker for the rest and for how much. Complete this winter project and have yourself a great ride for the spring!

I'm also open for trades - full or partial. Depending on what it is, I'd go +/- 3k above the 9k just send me a note. Things I'm interested in:
- 1930's or 40's - hot rod, rat rod, lead sled, something descent, done and with a back seat
- 1968-1974 Muscle car - Something descent, done and with a back seat
- Property within 2 hrs of Shelby Twp., MI
- Residential work - Gutters, Windows, Shower Enclosure, Exterior Wood Siding, Basement & Room finishing, Stair-case rebuilt, New Carpeting, Landscaping (must all be professional - License & Insured)
- Furniture - High Grade Cherry finish Library Desk, Basement rec room/movie theatre. Must be in excellent condition

Must see to appreciate. Car is in Shelby Twp, MI 48315.

Mark

So I'm at a bit of a loss why I can't sell this and could use some advice. Wondering if I should invest in finishing the body work and getting it in primer? Maybe a bit more assembly?

I have a lot more than 9k in the project and would hate to part this out.
