Ugh is right!

1. How about a community pool instead? You can drive the kids, one at a time!
2. If you cave on this, you gotta get something in return, ie. they cut the lawn, wash your remaining cars, etc. forever.
3. You're gonna need some pics on here or link to autotrader, etc. to peak some interest.
