Burning Brakes
I like the fact that they blacked out the A pillars. Looks good.
You forgot to mention it also has Tilt - Telescopic steering.
Does the AC work or blow cold?
GLWS.

You're correct, it does have tilt. Thanks for pointing that out. AC does blow cold. I had the system charged when I bought the car. Only item that does not work is the clock. Guess I should have removed the black plastic floor protectors when I took the pics. Carpet looks like new.

More about the car. When I bought the car 2 years ago, it would stall when I put it into gear unless it was warmed up for 5 minutes. Carb was rebuilt and car was given a complete tune up, but it continued to stall. I took it to a corvette specialist who determined it was the thermal vacuum switch (TVS). Now, it runs perfectly. Specialist completely inspected the car and determined mileage was correct, there was no frame rust, no mechanical issues & no signs of ever being wrecked. He said it was rare to find one in original condition. Most he had worked on had been modified. So, why am I selling such a nice car? I bought the car thinking it would curb my desire for motorcycles. It didn’t. Lack of interest in the car has me puzzled. Wrong time of year to sell? Color? Price? Appropriate feedback is welcome.

Its only been 2 days, you can't expect to sell a car anywhere near that quickly. Unless you're willing to sell it at a lot below market value expect to wait at least 2 months to sell. Six months to sell for a good price wouldn't be unusual.

I understand it's going to take some time to sell, but it's such a nice car. I thought it would generate a little more buzz. I admit, I am a little biased.

Your car is twin to mine, Corvette Tan Code-80, Brown interior. I also have one repaint, with the L-82. Its right on the money. Looking under your hood, its 100% correct. Its even sporting the A.I.R pump (emissions)... Good luck with your sale...

I will be interested in this car if it's still available in the Spring. You can send me a PM in mid-April if you're looking for a buyer then.
In the meantime, what documents do you have on the car? And do you have any more photos?
Thanks!

I've owned it for a couple of years, so I have my service repair records. Very little from previous owners. I bought the car from a Chevrolet mechanic in Denver. He bought the car, he claimed, from the original owner. The car needed an exhaust manifold gasket and the owner was not willing to spend the money. He bought the car, repaired it and sold it to me after owning only one month. When I went to title the car, DMV would allow me to claim 24,000 as original miles due to age of the car and the fact I was not the original owner. Now Titled as Unknown Mileage. Sucked for me. My own mechanic said everything about the car tells him it is original miles, but I can't prove it. I have more pics, but need to take some more detailed ones.

news pics
I added some new pics as requested. See main post for craigslist link. Pics really do not do this car justice. Not much of a camera.
